The Joint Venture
iFed, LLC is a Small Business Administration (SBA) approved 8(a) joint venture between TMI Solutions, Inc (an 8(a) company) and Thomas & Herbert Consulting, LLC.  This joint venture was approved by SBA on February 21, 2007 and awarded its first contract on September 7, 2007 by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. This contract, Enterprise System Development is an ten (10) year four ($4 billion) Indefinite Delivery and Indefinite Quality Contract.
