iFed, LLC combines the corporate experience and resources of two small consultancies with complementary capabilities.  iFed, LLC, a joint business venture of TMI Solutions, Inc (TMI) www.tmi-solutions.com and Thomas & Herbert Consulting LLC (T&H) www.thcllc.com was formed to support our nation’s Public Health and Safety organizations.  

This joint venture results in a Small Business Administration-recognized 8(a), and Veteran-Owned Prime contractor.  The partnership of TMI and T&H is not a new partnership—the iFed, LLC principals have been going to market and successfully providing services as a team to satisfied clients for years.  Starting with collaboration for the State of Maryland and continuing into the present with work at Department of Homeland Security (DHS), TMI and T&H expert staff resources have been joining forces to provide value to clients while working in CMMI Level 3 environments.
